These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products (“Products”) from Buck Masok (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website www.buckmasok.com (the “Site”). By placing an order for Products on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site. 4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Eligibility
You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged Products (with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact) for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Custom or personalized Products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
4.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed return instructions (including the return shipping address).
- Package the Product securely, include the RA# on the package, and ship the Product back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect Product (in which case we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the Product).
4.3 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned Product (to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
